TSPS-Professional Engineer (P. Eng)-Level S

The successful candidate must be a P.Eng in good standing and must have 60 months within the last 120 months conducting procurement related engineering activities including all of the following activities:

- producing technical requirements;

- interacting with stakeholders;

- preparing Statements of Work, specifications and technical evaluation criteria;

- evaluating technical proposals and  

- conducting engineering verification testing
