Active contracts
Depending on your contract, which timesheet you use and how frequently you get paid will vary.
Weekly
Weekly consultants must submit their completed timesheets to timesheetsottawa@theaimgroup.ca by 5 pm every Monday for processing. Timesheets must be signed by the consultant’s supervisor in order to be accepted.

Monthly
Monthly consultants must submit their completed timesheets, as well as an invoice, to timesheetsottawa@theaimgroup.ca at the end of each month for processing. Timesheets must be signed by the consultant’s supervisor in order to be accepted.

Expense Report
If a consultant completes an expense report, they must submit it to timesheetsottawa@theaimgroup.ca at the same time as their timesheet for processing.
