- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Strong skills in Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc.;
- Familiarity with the creation and use of data bases;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment;
- Familiarity with Real Property design and construction projects;
- Ability to analyze project related data and identify issues
- Bilingual is an asset
PLACEMENT TYPE: Full time contract until November 2020
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
