Job Description

COMPENSATION: $17.00 Per Hour                                           

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Short Term Contract 

  • Provide Administrative support to the Senior Leader and all Department managers
  • Organizing meetings and booking facilities
  • Maintain all Vacation and Out of Office Calendars
  • Book travel through the company’s travel advisor and submit Travel Claims for Management Staff
  • Prepare courier packages and open mail
  • Manage Senior Leaders calendar

Required Skills

 SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligible for Basic Clearance

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • High school diploma – College certificate preferred
