Job Description

  • Provide all AMCRO and Aircraft Release (Level C) related services to an aircraft inducted for inspection services at TCASD Ottawa at the end of its inspection;
  • Ensure the CH146 CF343 Weapon System Record and Certification package and the Equipment Codes and Inspection Requirements (ECIR) are up to date;
  • Act as the CH146 AEO coordinator for all Aircraft Maintenance Management Information System (AMMIS) and Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS) related inquiries;
  • Develop and maintain AF9000+ processes related to the scope of work;
  • Assist the CH146 AEO Standards Officer to coordinate, implement and update the Quality Management System (QMS) processes and standards;
  • Participate in meetings when required by the TA, and provide input, opinions, recommendations, information and data as required;
  • Prepare and deliver minutes of meetings as required; and
  • Prepare and deliver briefings as requested to the TA.

Required Skills

  • Diploma in the technical aviation domain or military training equivalent
  • Must have a valid Secret clearance
  • Three years of demonstrated experience in the performance of Aircraft Maintenance Control Record Organization (AMCRO) functions.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in the past ninety-six (96) months involved in the management and use of Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Three years of demonstrated experience working on aircraft in an airworthiness role.
